Founded 1988 TSG – Technical Safety Gear – started with the single idea of protection designed by riders that skateboarders actually would want to wear! Being one of the protection gear pioneers in the skateboard business, TSG revolutionized the industry by developing high performance helmets and pads as well as committing to a marketing and sponsorship. Supporting the sport is the company’s possession. Protecting the athletes its top priority. Looking for innovations and leadership its passion. TSG was the first protection brand that launched helmet series in cooperation with the most popular US Skateboard brands. The so-called Company Logo Helmets came with the individual custom graphic designs of leading skateboard companies.

In 1999 TSG entered the snowboard market by producing helmets specifically for skaters on the snow. Built with skate roots, the TSG snowboard helmets created a totally new look in the lame winter sport safety business.

Today TSG is one of the world biggest suppliers of skateboard safety gear with a growing product range for Snowboard, MTB, BMX and FMX enthusiasts. TSG uses the newest techniques and materials and has all products designed and vigorously tested under the harshest conditions by their team riders. It didn’t take them long to spread their European leadership internationally. Offering high quality products with functionality and style for a reasonable price has always been the company’s strength on both side of the Atlantic.
